You will also have to give some consideration to privacy and seclusion for the person who shares your office. You will also be subjected to the proximity of a virtual stranger being in your office space, so give some thought to how you will manage that to everyones satisfaction.
Office workers also need the use of facilities such as a toilet or tea and coffee making equipment, for example. If your office is staffed entirely by men and the person who comes to share office space is a woman, can you cope with that adequately?
